So many blogs I read tend to include a short "sorry for the neglect" post every once in a while, and here's mine! I've been moonlighting; blogging about RFID on our Attention Please blog and blogging for the American Press Institute's morph blog.
Does the act of blogging make me a blogger? Perhaps not, when I began this blog I intended to write and make video stories (which haven't really happened) focussing on technology.
Well it seems my life does focus on technology, and so this blog reflects that. It also seems a blog reflects the energy spurts and laziness of real life too.
I am carefully considering creating yet another blog project which very tightly focusses on mobile2.0. There are many established and talented technologists writing on this topic, most mobile blogs I read are great but are a bit 'boy-geek-industry-focussed' and I feel I could provide a more social, girly angle on 'futuremobile'. It seems my mot du jour is 'transparency' feeling the need to tell everyone all that I am doing. The Attention Please Blog is similar to the MacOS Tones development blog; Mac OS Tones is currenly down for maintenance, but will be back soon larger than life, with the blog acting as our ideas and discussion space.
In addition to all this blog activity, Kisky Netmedia is also exploring offering a new focussed service; our WebObjects capabilities are so in demand at the minute. It seems we may need a new service / brand that makes the most of that expertese.
So all in all, I am pretty blogged out this week. But as I have come to realise, even though this blog may not be as polished, or as busy as I might like, what I have learned from all this activity is that I really love blogging.
